ok so when ever i try to play it says sorry we're tinkering away but it says that ALL the time but not on my dads computer but im not allowed to go on his anymore so i use my laptop. but it doesnt workWhy wont pixie hollow work on my laptop?
Hmm...I suggest you look the FAQs : http://pixiehollow.go.com/faqblog.html and see if there's a problem same as yours or you can report this problem to the Never Council by contacting them : http://pixiehollow.go.com/faqblog.html
In my opinion, it could be that Pixie Hollow can not be played on your type of computer.
Best you can do is contact the NC to be sure.

Put it in drive, rt. click and say open with win media player, it will say do not recognize file, ask it to download/update win.media player.
