I have heard they open later in the day. I especially want to know Pixie Hollow, for it is of importance.At what time of day, in Disneyland, do the Princess Fantasy Faire, Pixie Hollow, and Toontown open?
Toon Town is open all day. Right now Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin is closed for refurbishment.
Pixie Hollow is open 9am-5pm or 9am-6pm depending on the day. Check the daily schedule because it changes daily.

They also depends on the weather. If it's raining they won't be out.
