Did Pixie Hollow fairy creation change from it's old kind?

Because I see this fairy creation on youtube and now you can't pick any clothes, you only have a belt, but on those videos you can pick all of your clothes and Accessories in the fairy creation. Is it only for members? Im getting mad because I dont want to pay for Pixie Hollow. Please answer my question!

It did change, for everyone, not just members. If you do not want to pay and still get clothes, there are two ways:

1. Brooks basics in Dewdrop Vale has an outfit for each talent that everyone can "buy" weather or not you are a member.

or

2. There are secret codes that you can find if you google "pixie hollow secret codes" there are a lot of them with a lot of different items, especially clothes. You can enter them if you go to pixiehollow.com and scroll to the bottom, there will be a link for secret codes. If you do not see the link try clicking the news and events link and scroll to the bottom and look again.
