Pixie hollow is not working... Best Answer!?!?

i can't get on pixie hollow! when i go to the website it says "you need to update to go to the website" and there is an "update now" button and i clicked on it and it said that i had to download something, so i did, and then after i did, i went to the bebsite and nothing changed! it still said i had to download something! what do i do?!Pixie hollow is not working... Best Answer!?!?
